Refund and Exchange Policy
- To be eligible for return or exchange, goods must be purchased within the last seven (07) days and meet specific criteria, including proper packaging and belonging to approved product categories.
- Customer bears the logistics cost for item collection for refunds or exchanges.
Goods Not Covered Under Return and Exchange Policy:
- Temperature-sensitive food products, cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments.
- Customized or personalized goods
- Goods with incomplete accessories/freebies.
- Gift cards, items on sale, or promotional products.
Refund Procedure
Upon approving a return request, the refunded amount for the returned product will not be credited to the customer's wallet. Instead, the customer can choose to exchange the product for another item of equal value, excluding shipping charges, within the designated return period.
In case of an exchange, the customer will receive information about the scheduled delivery date and time via the app.
Warranty Policy
- Electronics, household items, toys, and accessories are covered under a check warranty at the time of receipt and can be returned on the spot if noticeable faults, malfunctions, or missing items are found.
- BIN HASHIM holds no responsibility once items are accepted by customers. Customers can seek assistance from respective brand’s warranty centers for defects found during the warranty period.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise that does not meet the specified conditions at our sole discretion.
